Meet Amanda Billey
Amanda Billey is a Canadian artist with a passion for painting, drawing, and murals. Amanda studied Stagecraft and Event Technology at Douglas College from 2012-2014, focusing her studies in scenic painting for film and theatre. She has an eye for detail and takes great care in each artwork she produces. Her 10 years in the film industry has continued to help her to hone in her artistic talents. Amanda successfully became a scenic artist by the time she turned 24, only being in the industry for 3 years. She has also taken on a wide variety of commissions and murals. And even dabbles in candle making, jewelry and resin art which you can purchase on her Etsy shop or at one of the local craft fares she takes part in.
